Sales Coordinator, National Accounts

Your passion for and knowledge of home décor uniquely qualifies you to work with nationally recognized brands to recommend Surya products that their customers will find irresistible.  Due to your efforts, these products will be strategically placed within national retailers. This role allows you to independently service some specific accounts as well as support the Director of National Accounts on other key accounts. 


  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and design team of a specific list of National Accounts that this position will be directly involved with and responsible for
  • Assist Director of National Accounts with service of all assigned National Accounts        
  • Work with Director of National Accounts on “Key Accounts Report” to insure proper inventory and product flow to properly service National Accounts
  • Visit National Account stores on a regular basis to maintain an understanding of product direction and competitive landscape
  • Deliver product knowledge sessions on a regular basis  
  • Work with, train, and assist field sales personnel who service National Account locations  
  • Work with operations team to insure compliance with all National Accounts with assistance from Channel Manager
  • Work with customer service to insure order entry, shipping and after sales service is properly handled and all requirements are met


  • Bachelor degree REQUIRED
  • 1 to 3 years of prior sales experience, Home Décor, Textile, Furniture, or flooring experience a HUGE PLUS
  • Experience in home décor and rug industry a plus, not required
  • A strong passion for Home Décor
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent product presentation skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, CRM experience a HUGE plus
  • Availability to attend Markets and Conventions
  • Ability to Travel 60-70% of the time


The position is based in Cartersville, GA, a 40 minute drive from Downtown Atlanta.
