Surya is seeking a smart, driven ENTRY LEVEL Analyst to manage research projects, interpret and analyze company and market data, formulate reports and make recommendations to various stakeholders throughout the company.  The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with a couple of awesome internship experiences or at least one year of solid work experience where you can speak to creating, mining, sharing and using sound, solid and accurate data.


  • Analyze sales data to spot trends and help drive the direction of sales strategy
  • Conduct market sizing, customer insight, competitive landscape and trend analyses
  • Provide market and product forecasts and models for business and strategic planning
  • Create and present research reports containing concise findings and actionable recommendations
  • Execute research plans including survey design, data gathering, data analysis and reporting
  • Develop understanding of customer behaviors, needs, preferences and attitudes, and translate insights into actions to support product development, sales effectiveness and marketing programs


  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 1+ year of professional experience in research, analysis, marketing or operations
  • Sound understanding of statistical concepts, research methods and design
  • Expert knowledge of data sets: how to manipulate, review, clean, and manage
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Crystal Reports
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with quick turnarounds
  • Ability to commute to our corporate office in Cartersville, GA-we offer a vanpool with stops in Atlanta, and Buckhead!
