Surya is looking for an Account Manager to join our e-commerce team. The Account Manager is responsible for growing relationships with key accounts and hitting sales, profitability and onboarding KPIs. Successful candidates will be energetic and organized self-starters, have a strong sales background and experience working with a diverse range of companies.
Principle Responsibilities Include:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
Work with customers to plan and set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive key account relationship
Meet sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account sales, marketing and technology needs on a regular basis
Own and drive Surya participation in events and conferences
Build and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects
Work across internal teams to ensure that customer service, technology, and all other SLA requirements are met
Continually review and document processes to improve the e-commerce sales program
Build and present sales reports
4 year college degree from an accredited institution
High aptitude for learning new software and understanding new technologies
Proficiency in business tools including Microsoft Office
Proven ability to meet sales quotas or similar set targets
Able to create and own strategic business plans
This position requires occasional travel
