Marketing Automation Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

Surya is looking for a dynamic tech-savvy marketing professional to manage our digital marketing campaigns.  The successful candidate will have past experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and email campaigns, as well as a passion for evaluating and optimizing the overall effectiveness of digital marketing programs.  You must be an innovative thinker with a knack for data-driven insight who is willing to bring new ideas and subject matter expertise to the table to help a high-growth company maximize marketing ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Effectively plan and execute digital marketing campaigns via website, email and banner ads (including copywriting and design)

•Develop email communication strategy to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth

•Manage Pardot marketing automation platform to optimize segmentation, campaign execution, lead scoring, nurturing and funnel pull-through

•Create, test and manage landing pages

•Define and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing campaigns

•Oversee day-to-day activities including vendor management and scheduling and managing campaign calendars

•Implement digital marketing best practices

 

REQUIREMENTS

•BS/BA in Marketing, Business or a related field

•3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation and/or marketing operations

•CRM experience required, preferably Salesforce.com

•Marketing automation experience required (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Siverpop etc.)

•Strong attention to process and detail

•Exceptional analytical, communication and writing skills

•A/B campaign testing experience

•B2B experience is a plus

•Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
