The Supervisor, Inside Sales will develop and share best practices, ensure a strong partnership with sales and marketing and support each member of the team to meet and exceed quota. She/he is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers (AM's) or Sales Coordinators that are responsible to work with and grow our existing design and retail customers. The Supervisor will align sales goals and activities with our Go-To Market plans to ensure that the company achieves growth targets. This role works closely with their team to maximize account growth and reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
