Supervisor, Inside Sales

Surya is growing!  We are excited to announce the addition of two new Supervisors in our inside sales team. To be considered for this role, you must have experience supervising inside sales teams. The Supervisor, Inside Sales will develop and share best practices, ensure a strong partnership with sales and marketing and support each member of the team to meet and exceed quota. She/he is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers (AM's) or Sales Coordinators that are responsible to work with and grow our existing design and retail customers.  The Supervisor will align sales goals and activities with our Go-To Market plans to ensure that the company achieves growth targets. This role works closely with their team to maximize account growth and reports to the Inside Sales Manager.


  • Grow the team by assisting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and managing AM's
  • Motivate AM's to exceed goals through continuous coaching and training of the team, and exceed personal reactivation account quota thereby setting the production example
  • Continually optimize SFDC, Pardot (Salesforce Marketing) and other selling tools to improve rep productivity
  • Work with and be involved with AM's top 25 accounts.

  • Strong in-person, phone and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
